Store Policies

Processing Time

We aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible! All orders are processed by our production partners in the US and Canada and usually ship within 5 business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our production partner, it should arrive within 2-6 days for U.S. and Canadian addresses. Please note that delivery may take a few additional days depending on the products.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address when placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, email us at hello@meesomi.com with your order number and the correct address within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t change the address if your order has already shipped.

Please note that if an item isn’t delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Items and Replacements

If you received the wrong item or if your order was damaged during shipping, we’re here to help! Just email us at hello@meesomi.com to request a replacement. Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide replacements for items that are damaged after delivery.

Return, Exchanges and Cancellations

Meesomi is a small business dedicated to creating personalized products tailored to our customers’ orders. Because each item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide you with unique, high-quality products!
